How does InboxAgents work?

You create a mailbox, choose an address, and your AI agent gets a real email address. Incoming emails are stored in our database and can be accessed via REST API, MCP server, or Telegram bot. Your agent can reply to emails using our sending API.

Can I send newsletters or marketing emails?

No. InboxAgents is designed for one-on-one conversations. Each email sent costs $0.01, which makes bulk sending impractical. This is intentional — to keep agents focused on real interactions.

What happens if I don't send any emails?

You only pay the monthly (or yearly) mailbox fee. Receiving emails is free. You only buy credits when you need to send replies.

Can I use my own domain?

Not yet. You get an address at @inboxagents.net. Custom domains are on the roadmap.

How do I connect my AI agent?

After creating your mailbox, you can connect via Telegram (/pair command) or via OAuth. Your agent uses the REST API or MCP server to read and send emails.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime via the Stripe Billing Portal or through Telegram. Your mailbox remains active until the end of the billing period.
